Common questions

Is this a subscription?

Most of our apps are buy-once and yours to keep. A few (like the VPN) are a subscription, because they include ongoing servers and updates. Each app's page says clearly which it is before you pay.

How do I get the app after I pay?

It appears instantly in your account, with a download link and your licence key. You can log back in and re-download it anytime, on any computer you own.

Can I use an app on more than one computer?

Your licence covers one computer by default, and you can move it to a new PC whenever you like. Some apps offer multi-computer options at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a global payment leader used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.

What about refunds?

If an app isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days and we'll help or arrange a refund. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

What do you do with my data?

We keep only your email and a record of what you've bought — so you can re-download and get support. Several of our apps run entirely on your own PC and send us nothing.
